Segel Immoverwaltung is personally led and grew out of a very concrete sense of responsibility. For me, management must not only work on paper — it has to carry everyday life: dependable, clearly organised and thoroughly implemented.
When my father had to step back for health reasons at the start of the COVID period, I took over his managed properties and continued them step by step. From that situation emerged a way of working built on reliability, clear responsibilities and traceable processes.
My IT background helps me structure workflows sensibly, keep things manageable and digitalise where it truly makes day-to-day life easier. I also bring hands-on experience from the building sector — a real advantage when coordination, implementation and clean follow-through matter.
Today Segel Immoverwaltung stands for dependable property management with a focus on WEGs — grounded in the conviction that good administration must always also factor in rental management, contractor coordination, and construction coordination.
